I hired Lou's florist for my wedding! Lou's florist was amazing and their arrangements were gorgeous! They were the only florist to ask for my measurements to ensure my bouquet would be the perfect size for my body and all the arrangements were perfect for what I asked for! They really understood my vision! Their customer service was fantastic! Super easy to communicate with and they were super interested in pictures of everything afterwards which made me feel so much more than just another bride!! The only down side I experienced was during delivery there was a mishap with getting the boutonnière to my husband but I truly feel like that was more to the fault of the venue as they took the order upon delivery! When I spoke to them about the mishap they were very apologetic and even got back to me after speaking with the delivery driver to make sure they knew what happened! Overall, my experience was perfect and they were very affordable! I would recommend them to anyone getting married, they truly will make your dream flowers a reality!!
