I spoke with Teresa at Lou's Florist about ordering flowers for my wife's birthday and I wanted it to be a surprise when we entered our room at The Don. (I tried to add a photo but it gave me an error) Teresa went out of her way to coordinate this request with Julian (Lead Concierge) at The Don.
