The famous Dendrobium Jaquelyn Thomas hybrid was developed and cloned at the University of Hawaii - Hilo back in the 1970s and is still used for its fantastic cut flowers. The flowers are very long-lasting, often blooming for over 2 months. Once mature, the long 18" to 24" flower spikes can emerge twice per year or more. These Dendrobium flowers also have the slight scent of jasmine.
