Vanilla is an evergreen vine that can reach up to 15m long. It has thick stems and greenish-to-yellow flowers. Vanilla has fleshy aerial roots that cling to trees and allow them to climb. Vanilla orchid prefers partial sun and it's easy to grow. Orchid doesn't need to be repotted once epiphytic roots grow securely on the medium of your choice ( some lattice or other structure).
The vanilla orchid is a lovely climbing plant that patiently hosts vanilla beans. Usually, three-year-old vanilla orchids will produce green beans.
